TAKUROMAN’s artwork has been selected for the product designs of Self Image, a specialty store for transparent masks. The products are scheduled for release soon. November 27, 2021 December 1, 2021 TAKUROMAN’s artwork has been adopted for the product designs of Self Image, a specialty store focusing on transparent masks. Self Image regards masks as a part of fashion and plans and produces transparent masks that emphasize both design and messaging. The designs are developed to suit three types of masks: Headset Mask, Masclear Econo, and Masclear Econo Mini. The TAKUROMAN masks chosen for this collaboration are characterized by their vibrant colors while maintaining a sense of transparency. Because facial expressions can be seen through the designs, these masks are well-suited for communication. To put it simply, they evoke the image of stained glass.
